1. Ownership
The iTTD paw icon, including the version incorporating logic gate symbolism within the toes and paw pad (the “Paw Mark”), is the exclusive intellectual property of iTTD Ltd. All rights, title, and interest in the Paw Mark are owned by iTTD Ltd.
2. Scope of Protection
- Trademark law
- Copyright law
- Design rights
Unauthorised use is prohibited, whether commercial or non-commercial.
3. Permitted Use
The Paw Mark may only be used by:
- iTTD Ltd
- Employees or contractors of iTTD Ltd acting within their role
- Approved partners operating under a written licence or agreement with iTTD Ltd
No rights are granted by implication.
4. Prohibited Use
Without explicit written permission, the Paw Mark must not be:
- Used by third parties
- Modified, recoloured, distorted, animated, or reinterpreted
- Combined with other logos or branding
- Used on merchandise, marketing, or digital assets
- Used in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or ownership
This includes use on websites, software interfaces, printed materials, or physical products.
5. Partner & Enablement Use
Partners building services on the .logic platform may be granted limited rights to reference iTTD branding only where expressly permitted in a written agreement.
Where iTTD enables a partner, the Paw Mark must not be used in a way that:
- Creates market confusion
- Competes with the partner’s own brand
- Suggests shared ownership or operational control
White-label arrangements will not include Paw Mark usage unless explicitly agreed.
6. Merchandise
Use of the Paw Mark on merchandise (including clothing, accessories, and promotional items) is restricted to items approved by iTTD Ltd. Unauthorised production or distribution of merchandise bearing the Paw Mark is prohibited.
7. Enforcement
iTTD Ltd reserves the right to:
- Withdraw permission for use at any time
- Require the removal or destruction of unauthorised materials
- Take legal action to protect its intellectual property
