join iTTD at the foundation stage

you found the hidden door. good. we’re looking for a small number of exceptional people who want to help build something real.

∧ architecture∨ optionality⊕ partnerships¬ reduce friction→ flows

we built the infrastructure first: .logic — a modular, multi-tenant, AI-native platform already live in its first vertical. we operate in two commercial modes:

  • direct B2B
  • enablement SaaS, where partners build and run their own services on top of .logic

these models are never mixed where exclusivity applies. if we enable a partner, we do not compete with them. full stop. the platform exists. the roadmap is clear. what’s missing is deeper expertise and a small founding-level team to help shape what comes next.

right now, one founder wears too many hats, with some external contractor support. that limits both pace and ambition. we’re looking for people who want ownership, are comfortable with autonomy, and understand the responsibility that comes with it. people who enjoy building serious things, grasp commercial realities as well as technical ones, and see AI as an advantage rather than a threat.

these roles do not need to be full-time on day one; keep your day job until there’s mutual confidence. early salaries are unlikely. meaningful equity is very likely, assuming strong fit. handshake agreements? no. everything is agreed, written down, signed — then we shake hands (or don’t).

this is foundation-stage work with foundation-stage upside. no future hire will have access to the same level of opportunity.

  • remote-friendly; flexible hours
  • founder-level equity after a qualifying period
  • hands-on, fast iteration, direct impact
  • startup reality: high ownership, multiple hats
  • direct B2B
  • enablement SaaS on top of .logic
  • never compete with exclusive partners

three roles. each distinct. each potentially career-defining.

non-executive chairman (foundation stage)

  • guide iTTD from pre-seed through early scale
  • position the .logic platform with senior industry decision-makers
  • provide perspective on exits measured in years, not decades
  • commercially and technically literate (no need to code)
  • comfortable with complexity and imperfect information
  • strategic, calm, able to lift the conversation above the noise
  • strong on people, momentum, judgement
  • first name may or may not begin with “S”

founding technical lead (interim / fractional CTO–CSO)

  • infrastructure and platform: iTTD servers, iTTD OS, all .logic codebases
  • deployments and tenants: smart onboarding, scaling, automation
  • engineering hygiene: documentation, runbooks, git flow, observability
  • product delivery: features, fixes, experiments — with AI firmly in the loop
  • full-stack with a strong infrastructure/DevOps bias
  • comfortable with Linux ops, Docker, AWS/Railway (or equivalent), security and monitoring
  • fluent in Python/Flask and modern JS/TS/HTML/CSS (or similar)
  • automation-minded, tight feedback loops
  • platform-first and philosophically pro-AI
  • remote-friendly, flexible hours
  • founder-level equity after a qualifying period
  • hands-on, fast iteration, direct impact
  • startup reality: high ownership, multiple hats

founding UX/UI + front-of-house

  • UX/UI across all .logic surfaces (HQ, field/mobile, iTTD OS)
  • design system: tokens, components, patterns
  • marketing and brand presence
  • rapid UI delivery alongside engineering (and AI)
  • creative, but grounded
  • comfortable coding in HTML/CSS/JS (and probably other things)
  • excellent at translating what people say into what they actually need
  • strong visual and interaction instincts — user first, always
  • pragmatic, fast, iterative, AI-forward
  • remote-friendly, flexible hours
  • founder-level equity after a qualifying period
  • startup reality: high ownership, multiple hats

we can’t promise the vision will unfold exactly as imagined. we can promise the chance to help build the sort of company most people wish they’d joined earlier. if you have the time, curiosity, and appetite to do foundation-stage work properly, this might be the right moment.

send us an email with the subject “blue is better than red”, tell us which role you’re interested in, a bit about yourself, and show us that you “get it”. if you’re feeling creative, send something that makes us go “wow” — but give us a reason we should chat.

we promise everyone will get an acknowledgement. not everyone will be invited for a chat. manchester united supporters wanting to be part of the iTTD story will need to be truly exceptional. Tekkers is well trained, so bots and recruitment agencies need not apply.
